Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

  • Assists in preparing quotes, proposals and presentations.

  • Gathers pricing on specified components.

  • Provides take-off’s from project drawings.

  • Reviews rfp’s and design requirement for projects.

  • Learns Controls, Security, Lighting and Mechanical systems and their integration.

  • Documentation management and validations.

  • Actively listens, probes, and develops under the mentorship of Sales lead. 

  • Develops credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment through relationship building. 

  • Assists in the Sales process for Technology Team.  Including all facets of services offered including:  commercial applied HVAC equipment repairs and troubleshooting services, preventative maintenance service contracts, facility monitoring, energy studies, controls, security, lighting, operations staffing and training, electrical  and other solutions related to energy savings concepts.

  • Researches new technologies

  • Develops relationships with internal operations and administrative staff to ensure customer satisfaction, and effectively and efficiently address issues.

  • Coordinates all activities with Sales lead and relevant department managers.


  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree

  • Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.

  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.

  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in U.S.

  • Applicants must be willing to travel.
