Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist is a sales professional responsible for supporting multiple positions within our organization to assist our customer base through repair and project quotes, sales team meetings and development, and various sales pipeline reporting. This position, if proven, may have the opportunity to transition to an outside Service Sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Timely preparation of HVAC Service and Service quotes, up to and including internal approval through customer submission and approval

  • Maintenance of the technician quote log, follow up internally or externally on open opportunities

  • Quarterly maintenance and reporting of field incentive payout program

  • Ongoing communication between service operation employees and sales employees

  • Sales team support in service agreement estimate generation

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of sales process and achieve alignment of sales process through our tools

  • Understand the forecasting process and work to align the CRM pipeline and forecast accordingly

  • Attend weekly sales meetings, provide support for sales team members as required

  • Provide weekly and monthly sales metrics for executive leadership

  • Assist Sales leadership with improvement of existing metrics and processes when required

  • Administration of CRM/Estimating tool, including employee onboarding, offboarding, user training, and data correction

  • Coordination of issues and resolutions with corporate SME for CRM/Estimating tool

  • Support Sales team members by providing potential new business leads via Zoom Business tool upon request

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of progressive HVAC sales experience is a plus.

  • Computer literacy required, extensive Excel knowledge is a plus.

  • Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.

  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.

  • Must have administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer focus skills.

  • The ability to multi-task, correctly prioritize workload, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrates an ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.

  • CRM experience is a plus.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Applicants must be willing to travel.
