Envirotrol Services » Provided a Blended Critical Cooling Controls System for approx. 10,000 tons of refrigeration located in 2 chiller plants. This Blended system includes a fully redundant PLC-based controls system for the critical systems and a conventional energy monitoring system for non-critical information and control. Both of these systems are interfaced with a Niagara-based HMI for a complete and user-friendly system for the operators. The system is optimized to meet the requirements of a Tier III data center as well as being focused on energy conservation.
