About the Role
Responsibilities
Through relationships with internal operations and administrative staff, work to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively and efficiently address issues.
Provide support to Branch Leadership in the overall accountability of costs pertaining to work execution, overhead expenses, labor utilization, and GM performance.
Review branch open job costs and provide oversight to the Coordinator on billing status.
Provide oversight to daily billing.
Attend weekly scheduling meeting with Coordinator & Service Manager to have an awareness of labor forecasting.
Perform AR responsibilities to track past due customer invoices and communication needed to receive payment.
Maintain vehicle & warehouse Inventory and complete monthly reconciliation.
Provide accounts payable support to ensure our vendors get paid timely, and cost is posting quickly & accurately.
Provide Preventative Maintenance cost forecasting, planning and backlog reviews.
Provide Demand service cost forecasting and planning.
Provide Project cost forecasting and planning .
Provide support to the Coordinator role if needed in scheduling / dispatching Technicians.
Administrative duties as required.

Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with all customers, employees, and all levels of management.

Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and clients/customers.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to identify and assist with problem resolution.
Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, experience with CRM/sales software applications a plus. Proficiency with Excel & Google Sheets a must.
