Comfort Systems USA, Inc. and the participating operating companies within the Comfort Systems USA family (collectively, the “Comfort Systems Family,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

The Comfort Systems Family includes Comfort Systems USA, Inc. and operating companies identified on our Our Companies webpage. Each operating company is a separate legal entity. The particular services, products, websites, mobile features, forms, and other ways you may interact with us vary by operating company. Accordingly, not every category of information, source, purpose, or feature described in this Policy will apply to every operating company or every interaction.

Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information

Do Not Track

Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the do not track signal, we currently do not respond to the browser do not track signals.

Users Outside of the United States

Our websites are hosted in the United States and is provided from the United States. It is possible that certain information will be stored on servers in other jurisdictions on the “cloud” or other similar distributed hosting platforms. Those jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you reside.
