As our Service Contract Administrator, you will manage our Service Maintenance Agreements from start to finish, to include renewals, and provide monthly backlog reporting for all Envirotrol branch locations. Come join our team and grow your career!

  • Receive new agreements from outside sales team.

  • Enter agreements into our database system to include budgeting and tasking each agreement.

  • Coordinate with each service department (all Envirotrol branch locations) to distribute pertinent information.

  • Manage the monthly preventative maintenance backlog document, which will need to be prepared with each team for monthly reviews.

  • Work closely with Service Managers to create and review Contract Performance Reports.

  • Weekly updating of the 120-day renewal process.

  • Assist with monthly financial reconciliation of our Preventative Maintenance accounts

  • Contract responsibilities will be for all Envirotrol branch locations.

  • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets required

  • Experience with CRM/sales preferred
